You wake up everyday, ready to talk and smile at people even though you’re tired or you’re sad or you’re done with life and need a break; but instead of telling people how you really feel, you mentally prepare yourself for the day by getting emotionally ready to answer: “good!” Or “I’m fine, how are you?”. It has become second nature to just answer positively without thinking about how you really feel or without telling anyone how your day is really going.
But why do we do this?
I mean we are all human and we know we are all gonna go through tough times and we should just accept and understand that if someone’s having a bad day we should let them be.
On the other hand, it is a good idea to try and be positive everyday because it’s a great way to continue to strive to achieve your goals & dreams!

So, if you feel like you need to put on a fake facade and fake smile your way through the day to stay positive to achieve your dreams; DO IT! You are in control of your emotions. Being positive is also a great way to help others around you become happier if they’re having a bad day too.
So, technically, you putting on a fake smile will surround yourself with positive people which will help you become happier and achieve your goals & dreams.
However, if you don’t have the energy to put on a fake facade and smile at everyone, you shouldn’t feel like you have to; Just be yourself because after all, we are all just humans trying to “make it” in this world.

Try and get in tune with your emotions, and then you will be able to control them.
Once you learn to control your emotions you won’t need to put on a fake smile for anyone because you will know when you can handle it and when you just need to be yourself!
