Solo Traveling in Argentina

So, today I went to Caminito in La Boca, Argentina, alone.
It was my first time taking the bus in Argentina, but it was really simple.
All I needed to do was look at a map, and find where I wanted to go.
Once I found my destination on the map, I looked at the bus numbers that went there, and then I looked around the terminal for the right bus.
Then, I got on the bus, swiped my “SUBE” card, and sat down (near a window). I made sure to sit near a window so I could see where to get off because I knew I would recognize it when I saw it. And, I did!

I made it to my destination ALONE! Now, it was time to get off the bus, and explore this new town.
The following pictures were all taken in El Caminito, La Boca.

The main street of Caminito!

Shopping side street!
Lunch for 180 pesos: Chicken empanadas & a dulce de leche alfajor (about $8, which is pretty good for a tourist area)
I just had to include this because it was the first Christmas tree I saw in Argentina!
A side street going into La Boca (outside of the tourist street; El Caminito).
The view from the bus terminal in La Boca!
The first thing you see when you get off the bus at El Caminito!

I hope this post inspired you to step out of your comfort zone, face your fears, and travel!

P.S. I also made a video of my other solo adventures from this past months, so if you want to see some more adventures, click the following link to watch it:
